The founder developed the Your Budget Plan system for himself while fine-tuning his financial practices. On a modest income he was able to fulfil numerous goals and dreams, which compelled friends and acquaintances to ask him just how he did it? Before long he had a partner, who was an accountant, that worked with him to bring Your Budget Plan to you, knowing that if people follow this program, their quality of life could be made substantially better.
